The 21st Annual General Meeting is drawing close and as such, you are advice on the following update information:
ICEBREAKER – WELCOME DRINKS
All delegates are invited to meet at the Executive Lounge on 12 June on the 24/F, West Wing; Four Points by Sheraton. The event will begins at 1800hr and ends at 2000hr. Beverages and snacks will be available.
PRESENTATION
Delegates who are going to make presentation are to prepare materials for in good time. Please send to Ms Amy Liu at group-secretary@lfschina.com your PowerPoint or video and she will compile them in sequence.
T- SHIRTS
During registration, you will be given 2 pieces of corporate t-shirts. The t-shirt comes in the size of XS / S / M / L / XL & XXL which are in measurement on the circumference of chest of 44 / 47 / 50 / 53 / 55 & 58 cm respectively. Do measure yourself and let Group Secretary knows your prefer sizes. We hope to have your prefer sizes on or before 25 May otherwise the Group can only estimate what you may wear and regret your sizes may not be made available at the time of distribution.

The Group would like to thank the following (not in order of merits) for their generosity in making sponsors to this year event. As there are more sponsors, it has now been decided instead of naming sponsor on specified event, it would be collectively acknowledge for ALL events.

Attached is the updated list of participants for this year conference. There may be some slight adjustment but this would be finalize a week before we meet.
DRESS CODE
The dress codes for the events are as follows:
12 June – Welcome Cocktail @ Casual smart
13 June – Conference @ Business attire (without tie)
14 June – Outing – casual smart / corporate t-shirt
15 June – Corporate t-shirt
16 June – Black Tie (Business Suite with tie / Tuxedo)
LIQUOR
We have negotiated with the restaurant that they will not be imposing corkage if we will to bring our own favorite liquor such as whisky / brandy or wine. They will supply condiments to our drinks. Beverages are not includes in meals otherwise specified.
