1700hr Depart for Pattaya
1800hr Free & Easy (dinner at own expenses)
1900hr Tiffany Cabaret Show
2030hr Return Bangkok
We will spend the whole day outdoor returning Bangkok approximately 2200hr.
All family members are welcome to participate in this outdoor event. You are advice to register your family members on or before 03 June ensuring there will be sufficient seats in the coach. As we may be spending some time under the sun, you are advice to bring following:
1 Sun block lotion / cream
2 Hat / Cap if you feel necessary
3 Water
Dress code: Corporate T‐Shirts as issued during registration
There will be time for you to explore and venture around. Do bring along local currency for your own spending. Eagles’ staff will be at hand to do interpretation if you require.

You are to take note following:
1 The program given herewith is updated with changes. Please take note and please be prepare for the event concern.
2 Corporate t-shirts will be issue on the day when you arrive or register. Priority will be given to those who have submit to HQ with their desire sizes and apology if t-shirts given may not fit to your desire. Delegates will be given two t-shirts to be worn on 09 June outing and 10 June conference. Family members will be given one t-shirt for 09 June outing.
3 Submission for one2one session is now closed. Attached is the time table showing the schedule and location to be met. Please be at your table on time to ensure this meeting continue on schedule hence self discipline is require. As there are time constraint, we wish to apologies if we are not able to satisfied your one2one appointment but I am sure somewhere along during the conference you may get to meet the station you wish to and you may do so informally throughout the AGM or even during one2one provided the party you want to see is available.
