LFS Global Logistics Group 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held in Xi’an, China during 06-09 May( both dates inclusive).

CONFERENCE FEE:  

Member:            complimentary two delegates, additional delegate fee at USD400/person

Observer:           USD500/delegate

Companion:       USD300/person  (only for Welcome Cocktail, Outing and Gala Dinner)

 

EARLY BIRD BONUS:  Early bird bonus at value USD100 credit to membership fee for year 2020 will be rewarded to first 10 successful register through invitation or via https://lfsgroupagm2020.onlive.events/ by 28 Jan 2020 (whichever comes first).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Exclusively to members only

• Credit of USD100 per station only

• Executive Committee station do not qualify for this bonus

• Qualify to first 10 members who register before 28 January 2020

• Bonus will be credit to qualified station after the conference and shall be use to contra for membership fee 2021

 

ACCOMODATION:

Accommodation has been specially negotiated with Hilton Xi’an for our group, the room rate is as follows pay to hotel directly upon check out:

Deluxe Room:        CNY700.00 net  (est. USD100.00)

Executive Room:    CNY1,050.00 net (est. USD150.00)

Which inclusive of the following :

  • Tax & Service Charge
  • Swimming pool access
